    Whether you want to slow down and connect to your breath, relieve stress and tension patterns, or improve your mobility and strength - custom sessions are designed to be therapeutic to help you address your specific interests and needs. Session durations can range from 30-90 minutes.

    Stress relief, hip series, lower back, shoulders and neck - we can work together to customize a single session or create a series with your friends. Athletes can create a series to prevent injury, improve performance, and support recovery. Session durations can range from 60-90 minutes.

  • Workshops

    Offerings include workshop design and facilitation, individual contribution to a larger collective, or supporting your workshop by offering a grounding session to start or end the day. Workshops are a great way to find common ground within yourself and your community.
